Eric Naaman is a lifelong entrepreneur with an unconventional career path. In 2010, he aquired Damotech with a desire to grow an organization that would reflect his philosophy in terms of company culture and branding. Charles is a structural engineer (Ph.D.) with over 25 years of experience in structural dynamics. As Chief Engineer, he oversees Damotech’s engineering services. He previously worked on the development of an advanced structural analysis and design software for buildings, towers, racking and bridges, in steel, concrete or wood. Charles is renowned for the depth of his knowledge about racking, and his dedication to finding innovative solutions.
Marc is a seasoned rack safety specialist and sales executive with over 20 years of experience in sales leadership, commercial risk, and business development. As Vice-President of National Accounts & Strategic Partnerships at Damotech, Marc oversees the development of warehouse rack safety programs for large organizations. Marc is recognized for his expertise in rack inspection, repair, and maintenance and warehouse safety culture.
