For slanted racking systems, our flagship DAMO PRO repair kit features a dedicated Slant configuration, specifically designed for racks that are already sloped. 

This option is specifically designed for racks that are already sloped. Rather than altering the structure, we replace the damaged section with a custom, bolt-on repair unit that follows the original angle and geometry of your rack. The goal isn’t to “force” the rack into a different shape.  

The objective is simple: restore the original configuration and load capacity, while adding built-in impact resistance at the base—where most damage occurs. 

Like all DAMO PRO configurations, the Slant version is manufactured from heavy-gauge structural steel and anchored with high-shear Hilti screw-type anchors. It is engineered to match your rack’s original capacity, respect the existing brace pattern, and comply with applicable rack design standards. Once installed, the repaired upright is protected against recurring impact and backed by a lifetime impact warranty, ensuring that the same rack location does not need to be repaired twice. 

For cantilevered systems, Damotech also offers Elite rack repair kits, specifically designed to address damage while maintaining critical clearances and aisle widths: 

• Cantilever–Single Leg: Repairs damage to the front upright column of cantilevered racks using structural steel tubing, while preserving operational clearances.  

• Cantilever–Double Leg: Repairs both front and rear upright columns, restoring structural integrity without compromising aisle width or accessibility.  

These solutions are ideal for facilities where maintaining layout and flow is just as important as restoring structural performance.
