Yes. Damotech’s protection and repair units are engineered to fit any pallet rack system, regardless of manufacturer, age, punch style, or whether the rack is still produced. Warehouses across North America often operate with a mix of racking acquired over years of expansions, ownership changes, or multiple vendors. Many facilities also house discontinued or unlabeled systems, making it challenging to identify the original manufacturer. Despite this, Damotech has yet to encounter a rack it couldn’t repair—and we are always ready for the challenge. 

Because rack brands vary widely in punch patterns, column dimensions, and structural behavior, relying on OEM parts can be difficult or even impossible. Some brands, such as Paltier, Hiline, Amerlock, and Frick Gallagher, are no longer manufactured. Even common styles, such as teardrop racking, differ subtly between Interlake, Ridg-U-Rak, Husky, Speedrack, and others, making cross-compatibility a risk. Structural racks, such as those from Frazier or Sturdi-Bilt, utilize bolted C-channel uprights with distinct geometries. 

This complexity is precisely why Damotech doesn’t rely solely on manufacturer identification when designing a repair. Instead, our process starts with precise measurements of your damaged upright, an evaluation of the load distribution, and a structural assessment of the affected area. Our engineering team then designs a made-to-measure, bolt-on repair solution that restores the rack’s original load capacity and maintains the intended behavior of the frame, without needing OEM parts or perfect brand matches.
