Why is pricing not listed on your website?

It’s not because we want to avoid the topic, quite the opposite. We also like to know the cost of things. However, publishing fixed prices for Damotech solutions would be misleading, because almost everything we do is made-to-measure and tailored to the reality of your warehouse.

Our rack protection products, rack repair kits, and engineering services are not one-size-fits-all. We work with facilities of all sizes across North America—from single warehouses to multi-site distribution networks—with very different layouts, damage profiles, environments (ambient, cold storage, and outdoor), and safety requirements. As a result, pricing depends on several variables, including:

  • The geographic location of your facility
  • The quantity and type of units required (repair kits, guards, etc.)
  • The extent and nature of the rack damage
  • Freight and logistics considerations
  • Installation scope and access conditions (shifts, traffic patterns, temperature, height, etc.)

For engineered services such as rack conformity inspections and load capacity calculations, we also need to consider the complexity of your racking systems, the number of aisles or buildings to cover, whether seismic conditions apply, and the amount of reporting and labeling required.

In most cases, a rack safety or repair specialist will review photos and information you provide, or even visit your warehouse, to:

  • Assess the current condition of your racking
  • Take precise measurements for a perfect product fit
  • Understand operational constraints (downtime tolerance, cold storage, peak periods)

This allows us to provide a detailed, transparent quote with no surprises, one that reflects the right solution for long-term safety, compliance, and return on investment.
