  1. Click on 'Need help signing in?' and then on 'Customer Support'.
  2. You will be redirected to the Customer Support web page.
    1. You will be able to create a technical support request.
    2. A member of the customer service team will reactivate your account.
    3. You will receive an account activation email. Just follow the steps.
