Do I need to buy repair products from Damotech after you’ve inspected my warehouse?

No, you don't. Our engineers remain independent from our rack repair services. Their primary goal is to perform an accurate inspection of the rack issues in your warehouse and report on the condition of your racking systems. They are bound by the engineer's professional code of ethics. Reports are signed and stamped with a professional engineer's seal.

After the inspection, several options are available to address the deficiencies reported by the engineer, which include:

  • Replacing the damaged components with parts from the original equipment manufacturer.
  • Finding a repair provider other than Damotech.
  • Or, working with Damotech's team to handle the entire process and fix deficiencies with our permanent rack repair kits. This can save you from having to deal with multiple suppliers.
