Damotech's engineered rack repair kits are designed to fit any type of pallet rack from any manufacturer, respect the original configuration of your uprights, and bring back original load capacities. Our pallet rack repair kits are custom-built to match your specific needs. They are bolted on, so no "hot permit" for on-site welding is required, allowing easy installation of the kits in any environment, including freezers. A pallet rack repair jack or other lifting device is used to hold the upright in place while its bottom portion is cut to insert one of our rack repair kits.
Damotech is the largest pallet rack repair company in America. We have more expertise than anyone. Our rack repair process is quick, safe, and cost-effective. Our rack repair kits are intended to follow the engineering that went behind the design of your existing racking system. Rack repair kits work together with the existing racks they are installed on to restore their safety and original capacity. Engineered rack repair kits are a permanent solution as they protect against future damage.
Our expertise and customer service are what distinguish us from others. We start with a call (or email) and then visit your warehouse where damage has been reported for a free evaluation. Our specialists will assess the condition of your racking systems and offer advice on the scope of the repair work needed. They will also inform you whether the system is safe to continue to use or if it needs to be unloaded. If a rack column has been damaged, our expert will take the necessary measurements for a leg repair kit proposal. An adjustable brace repair kit could be specified if one is missing or bent, saving you from replacing an entire upright in the process.
Our rack repair specialist will analyze the damage and advise you on the specific type of rack repair kit you need for every identified damage. We will prepare a detailed quote for your approval and schedule the production and installation. Depending on the overall condition of your warehouse and your budget, we may split the work into different phases and prioritize the more urgent repairs to ensure your warehouse is safe to operate.
Once a purchase order is approved, your units will be put into production and ready for shipping in a matter of weeks. Damotech has the industry’s shortest production time for custom-built repair products. This is the result of significant investments we have made in our LEED-certified production facility with state-of-the-art technology & automation. The short manufacturing lead time is one of the many benefits of using Damotech repair kits over OEM replacement parts.
Your units will then be shipped by freight once an installation date is identified. We will usually ship the repair kits directly to your warehouse so they are on-site when the installers get there. The repair units are mounted on wooden pallets with corrugated cardboard and stretch-wrapped for their protection. All the necessary installation hardware, such as backplates, bolts, and anchors, are included in the shipment.
Our large network of certified installers allows us to service your warehouse regardless of geographic location, anywhere in North America. Installations are carried out by seasoned installers who've been trained and certified by Damotech. Each rack repair kit is generally installed in less than 45 minutes using our proprietary Easy-Lift repair jack. The installation is coordinated in advance for a time that best suits your schedule and should not impact your regular operations. Voila, your uprights have been permanently repaired and can now withstand impact from most forklift operations!
Our DAMO PRO repair kits are permanent and put an end to the ongoing cycle of upright replacement prevalent in most modern warehouses. They are robust and have a lifetime warranty that provides full peace of mind. This makes our rack repair units a smarter solution to rack damage and a better long-term investment than upright replacement.

Swift and safe, the DAMO EASY LIFT greatly facilitates the installation of repair kits by supporting the rack during the repair. There is generally no need to unload the merchandise stored in the racks, minimizing the disruption of your warehouse operations.
Cost-Efficient Solution
Our repair kits stop the endless cycle of upright replacement caused by forklift damage. They are designed to protect from future impact so you don't have to spend money on replacing your uprights over and over again.
North American Repair Network
Whether you are in California, Texas, Illinois or Ontario, we have experts across North America ready to visit your warehouse. All our installers are certified yearly.
Repair vs. replacement needs to be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In most cases, a repair kit is a better option as it can save time and money since the product can generally be manufactured much faster than new racking. Rack repair kits can also be stocked for instant replacement and to minimize downtime. The ideal pallet rack repair kit is easy to install and engineered to fit your existing uprights perfectly. This means that once installed, it will restore the rack’s original load capacity and permanently protect against future impact from forklifts.
It is important to note that not all rack repair kits are one and the same. Depending on which company you purchase from, the quality of the kit will vary. Some will repair but not protect against future impact. Damotech repair kits are engineered to last a lifetime of sustained abuse.
