Jess is the first person you'll meet when you visit our headquarters. Her cheerful personality and fashionable outfits reveal her inclination for beautiful things. One of her dreams was to travel to Paris! In June, she boarded a plane with her family to finally visit the city of lights. Her trip highlights include a picnic under the Eiffel tower, a visit to Versailles, walking along La Seine, crossing Le Pont des Arts, and finally, going to the Musée du Louvre.

Fred is our corporate controller, responsible for overseeing Damotech's finances. One of the dreams listed on his cardboard was to take a trip with his family to Charlevoix, Quebec, to enjoy fun winter activities like dog sledding and alpine skiing. His family drove to La Ferme, a boutique hotel in the woods where they had a wonderful time playing in the snow, dog sledding on trails and skiing at nearby ski hill Le Massif de Charlevoix.

For many years, Guillaume led all of our production. He now oversees our processes and the engineering behind the manufacturing of products at Damotech. Thanks to his efforts and his close collaboration with our new production manager, our operations are running smoothly and orders are out the door in no time! This spring, he and his wife traveled to beautiful San Francisco, CA to visit the sights for a few days and attend a Golden State Warriors game, his favorite team. Happily, the team won the game that evening!

Antonio is a skilled welder at Damotech. He was one of the first employees to live his dream. He and his wife went parachute jumping together! Watch how these parents of four leaped out of a plane with a smile! Guess what? Antonio has said he liked the experience so much that he’s ready to do it all over again…

Energetic and charismatic, Eglantine is a valued member of our sales team who's been busy developing accounts in her territory, on the south shore of Montreal. To celebrate her 40th birthday in style, she and seven of her best friends jumped into a limo to spend a night on the town. They started their barhopping by sharing some raw fish at a Japanese sushi bar, then breezed through a candy-themed cocktail party, followed by a stop at a Hawaiian themed party to end up on a mechanical bull, doing the rodeo! The most important thing, she said, was to spend these memorable moments with her closest friends.

Felix has been with Damotech for over five years, working in our factory as an experienced welder and assembler. An avid indoor hockey player, one of his dreams was to own goalie equipment. Damotech surprised him with a brand-new set, just in time for a big tournament he was attending. The good news: his team won the competition!
Paint Shop Operator at Damotech since 2000
A longtime Damotech employee, Denis is a mainstay in our warehouse. He has been in charge of our shipping department until we moved to a new facility, where he's transitioned to become our lead paint booth operator. This summer, he had the chance to drive a Lamborghini on a track, one of his dream cars!
Welder and Assembler at Damotech since 2016
Louis, a skillful welder who recently joined Damotech, wished to visit Ireland. His dream became a reality this summer when he spent two weeks touring the beautiful Emerald Isle by bus. His most memorable moments are a visit of Giant's Causeway, the Cliffs of Moher and Connemara, on the west coast of Ireland. With, of course, a few stops in pubs along the way!
